The place to start is at the beginning. This is the introduction to my online psychic course. I’m going to publish it later in book form. Here’s your chance to get it for free. By the way this is a how to course. I won’t be giving many explanations.

I’m often asked, "when did you first know you were psychic?" I don’t like that question and sometimes give a smart answer. I feel like I’m being asked when did I first know I had cancer. The real answer and I just now realized it is. " Two weeks to a month after I started meditating." What most people mean is when did you first realize that you could receive the thoughts of others, or information about them. Receiving information is just the first half of the story. Most people we think of as psychic are just in the receiving mode. The other half is sending information. Most of us do that and never know it.

There are several types of psychics. Some are good at finding lost people or objects. I’m not one of those. I spend a bit of my time looking for my keys. I see and hear information and I’m a good telepathic broadcaster. I’m quite good at sensing the physical condition of others. I’m also strong in precognition.

More than likely I’ve had the talent all my life. However, until I learned to sit still and quiet my mind it didn’t have a ghost of a chance (pun intended) to surface. I’m going to teach you how to know when your getting information and what to do with it. Exactly the way Mary Lou Diggins taught me to trace the figures on the roller rink floor. That’s the first part. I can give you the tools. You have to use them. I had to practice what she taught me four or five hours a week. If I didn’t, she would know. We’d repeat the last lesson until she thought I could handle more. I still thank her for that.

I started the lessons to build my concentration and I did. The place for you or anyone else to start is with meditation. Your greatest ally will be a plain notebook. You’ll begin to see the world in a new way. Keep a record of everything that seems new or different.

Expect vivid dreams that almost sparkle. Most people notice an increase in the amount of remembered dreams. However, if you don’t record them, they fade. The increase in the dream life is a positive sign.

Ok, I’ve said enough. Here’s what you do. Read this and practice it daily.

Here’s lesson two. If you have a question relating to the course of the exercises write to me. Take the quiz. Then try the exercise at the bottom of this page.

Let’s go back and have a quiz on lesson one. Don’t worry you can’t flunk it. Doing a review is important.

Question one: Did you meditate every day? I ask because the feedback so far has been in the no group.

Question two: How many times did you scratch?

Question four: How many time did you get up to check the stove or whatever?

Question five: Did you fall for any other of the drunken monkey’s tricks? Remember the drunken monkey will never give up. Its diversions become more subtle as you skill improves.

Question six: Have you noticed any differences now that you’re doing your meditation? Do colors seem brighter? Did you notice it’s a little harder to get you angry?

Here’s one I’m guilty of not following. Did you write your experiences in your notebook? I need to be more vigilant and so do you.

Keep at it. Meditating regularly is the most important thing in this course.

Learn to tell who’s calling by the way the phone rings. Each caller will have a unique tone. When my friend Donna calls me the ring has an impatient and insistent tone or feel. My friend Kay is so strong psychically that feels like her arm will reach out of the phone and grab me if I don’t answer. Some people ring so politely the phone whispers. Some are so happy it sings. How do your friends sound and feel? Learn the sound and feel of your friends and family. It’s a fascinating and fun exercise.

Lesson three: Let’s have some fun and then do a progress check.

Here’s a fun exercise I developed. It a neat way to develop your psychic talents. We’re going to learn to astral travel.Astral travel is also called "out of body experience." I want you to pretend you can do astral travel. Keep pretending until it’s no longer pretending. Practice daily one day you’ll see what’s happening somewhere else on the planet.

Exercise One:

Start your meditation. When you feel relaxed, try this. Pretend to turn the room ninety degrees Pretend your chair in on the wall instead of the floor. Pretend you can feel gravity pulling at you. Imagine you’re a little scared. Here’s an example. Remember how it feels when the roller coaster is climbing to the top before the ride begins? Which way did you turn the room? It really doesn’t matter. You could be looking at the floor or the ceiling. Can you make it real enough to scare yourself? Do a little of this. The idea is to stretch your imagination. It’s practice for the next exercise.

After you’ve tried this for a few days, move to the next step. Pretend you’re standing on the ceiling. How does the room look? Take a walk around. Oops, you forgot and bumped you head into the lampshade. Then you tripped over the transom at the doorway. Pretend, pretend, pretend. Let’s keep it fun. Don’t feel bad if it doesn’t work the first time. This is an exercise. It’s a trial run. Play with it. Next week I’ll give you something harder.

Now for the quiz which you can’t flunk and won’t be graded for. How much is in your notebook?

Did you notice colors more this week? Have your dreams increased? I’ll bet you it’s all little harder to get you mad. Possibly you’ve had a couple of nights when you woke up several times. Nothing’s wrong, it’s part of the process.

If you meditate at least four days a week, you’ll progress. Meditate sporadically gets sporadic progress. That’s not my rule. It’s just the way it is. If you want to play tennis, you need court time. If you want to improve your psychic skills, you need to meditate.

Lesson four:  This week we’re going to try something harder. Please, don’t get upset if you can’t do this the first time. I’ll say this often. You’ll get it right if you keep at it, day after day.

Pretend you’re standing on the roof of the building you live in. What do you see around you? Look only at the roof. Right now the street and the yard have too many objects and they move. Imagine it in great detail. Pretend you’re there. This exercise is better done at night when there’s fewer distractions.

You need an inner balance to be a sane psychic. To do that you have to be in balance with the world. This exercise will help you understand that our world, is only a small window into a larger reality. This meditation is called "have a look into the small world."

Sit on a meadow and concentrate on a small piece of the size your palm. Study everything there. You should feel quite small here. Pretend you’re exploring this small world. Imagine you’re in a large jungle. You’ll be astonished by all the things to explore there. The target of this Meditation is to look at our world with reverence and love

I got this meditation from Alfred in Germany. We’re working on a web site together. He has a great astral travel site and I urge you to check it out. mailbox.univie.ac.at/~a8424mae/english/engindex.htm#Ballabene`s OBE and Astral Pages.
